Electrik Skin is an Atlanta-based production company and consultancy started by Melodie Sisk, Meredith Singer, and Carson Carswell. Sisk has been a feature film producer for 15 years with works sold to and produced by companies like Paramount, IFC, and A24. Her films have premiered at countless festivals including Sundance, SXSW, and Edinburgh. Meredith Singer and Carson Carswell join Sisk, collectively adding decades of brand, agency, media, and event experience to the table. Electrik Skin is queer-owned and committed to telling independent, progressive stories. We aspire to compelling and innovative creative at every turn and we believe in the power of under-represented and aspiring filmmakers, storytellers, musicians, and artists.
Melodie Sisk
Producer & Creative Director
Melodie Sisk is an actor, producer, and director who specializes in outside of the box independent film. Some of her most notable projects of the past fifteen years are Zach Clark’s “Little Sister” (The New Yorker’s #1 film of 2016); Onur Tukel’s Brooklyn-hipster, vampire comedy “Summer of Blood”; Daniel Sheinert's “The Death of Dick Long”, which she produced for A24 and premiered at Sundance 2019; “Robin Arzon: Why I Run” short for Health Magazine; and “Ray-Ban x Yours Truly - Oh Jerome, No”.
Other notable festivals her films have played are SXSW, Tribeca, Edinburgh, BAM Cinemafest, Slamdance, and Sidewalk. Her films have also been released theatrically and on VOD across the world. Sisk is happily involved in a community of progressive, politically active filmmakers, like those represented by Film Impact Georgia.

Meredith Singer
Producer & Managing Director
Meredith Singer started her career in journalism, working as a broadcast news and sweeps producer in cities ranging from New York City to Columbus, Georgia. She's independently produced docuseries, news magazine segments, and commercials for companies such as Gray Television / Raycom Media, Sagamore Hill, and Meredith Corporation.
Following her career start in news media, Singer branched off into digital marketing and began developing relationships in the Southeast's startup scene. She has led brand development, marketing, and operations for a number of fast-growing companies, and is currently a consulting director for Zero to 1. Zero to 1 is a performance marketing agency for Series B+ scaleups including Instacart, Omaze, Landing, ClickUp, Therabody, Melin, and more.

Carson Carswell
Associate Producer & Music Consultant
Carson Carswell’s work is rooted in the music industry. He was raised on the road and for the past eight years has worked in multi-functional roles that span accounting, team management, location management, and marketing strategy.
Carson is also a talented photographer who has shot a wide range of individuals and artists, including TRALA and OBB. His experience in music and photography translate to his current focus on content creation and art direction. He anchors the Electrik Skin team in youth culture and ensures that the work is fresh, challenging, and cutting edge.
Carrie Miller

Carrie Miller is from Atlanta, Georgia. They graduated from the University of Georgia’s Entertainment and Media Studies program and Women Studies program. With their certificate in LGBTQ studies, they hope to impact LGBTQ and women’s representation through film.
With over 8 short films, 2 dance films, 2 music videos, and a feature film, they have experience with directing, producing, editing, and cinematography. Their film “Beauty Within” was in both the Out on Film Atlanta’s LGBTQ Film Festival and Elevate Minority Film Festival in Athens, Georgia. They won the Elevate Award for their film “Saving Space”. Carrie also has a background in event planning with their queer movie night event “Lavender Lens” and their art and music event “Uncommon: Music and Art Event”.
